By using Isomorfo, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Isomorfo is an AI-powered code generation tool. The service is currently in BETA phase, meaning it is under active development and may contain errors, failures, or unexpected behavior.

3. Beta Phase - Important Warning

AS A BETA SERVICE:

  • The service may fail, be interrupted, or stop working without notice
  • Features may change, be removed, or modified at any time
  • We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or specific performance
  • Generated code may contain errors and should be reviewed before production use

4. Use of Service

You agree to:

  • Use the service only for legal purposes
  • Not attempt to hack, overload, or damage the system
  • Not use the service to generate malicious code or illegal content
  • Not resell or redistribute access to your account

We reserve the right to: Suspend or cancel your account without refund if you violate these terms, and modify or discontinue the service at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

ISOMORFO IS NOT LIABLE FOR:

  • Data loss of any kind
  • Direct, indirect, or consequential economic damages
  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Errors or bugs in generated code
  • Decisions made based on service output

Maximum liability: 28€ (amount paid in the last month).

6. Service Provided "AS IS"

The service is offered "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Payments and Subscription

  • Cost is 28€/month
  • Payments are non-refundable except where required by law
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice
  • You can cancel at any time

8. Privacy

  • We do not sell your personal data to third parties
  • We collect data necessary to operate the service
  • We may use anonymized data to improve the service

9. Intellectual Property

Code you generate using Isomorfo is yours. Isomorfo, its brand, logo, and technology are our property.
